What happens when six lifelong friends, each old enough to carry a Medicare card and none with meaningful boating experience, decide that the perfect adventure is piloting a 47-foot canal boat through the waterways of France? Part travel memoir, part comedy of errors, and part celebration of camaraderie, this is a warm, funny, and deeply human story about friendship, aging boldly, and proving that some of life's best chapters begin when common sense says you're too old to start.
