In Holiday Road, Beth, a single mother, embraces her passion for road trips as she travels across the country in her car during the bustling winter holiday season with her tiny, eccentric pet-transporting business. Each journey brings its own challenges, from navigating icy roads to wrangling energetic puppies, yet the joy of spending time with these playful pups and older dogs warms her heart and fuels her wanderlust.

Meanwhile, Jess, her 16-year-old home-schooled and fiercely independent daughter, finds comfort in the cozy familiarity of their apartment. She immerses herself in sketchbooks, favorite novels, photography, and the wildlife outside their balcony window. While she understands that her mother loves the open road, she prefers the quiet routines of home over the unpredictability of travel.

Though their lives differ, Beth and Jess thrive on their humorous and lighthearted daily phone calls that keep them close across the miles. Join them in this tender story of family, adventure, and the bond that keeps them close through every challenge.
