The night shift at Howard's adult store pays minimum wage. The back booth pays better.

Leah is mopping the corridor when the first twenty slides under the partition. She's the one who decides what it buys — that's the whole arrangement. No names. No faces. Cocks through a hole in maroon chipboard, and a count that climbs every shift: hands, then her mouth, then whatever the next bill asks for. The wall keeps everyone honest. The wall keeps everyone anonymous.

Until the night she recognizes a wedding ring on the other side — a ring she knows. She doesn't stop. She doesn't tell. She takes his twenty with all the others, and the secret doesn't eat at her. It feeds her. Because now there's one face among the faceless, and only she knows whose.

How far does the count go before she owns it — the booth, the wall, all of it?

A filthy, unapologetic dark-erotica serial about appetite, anonymity, and exact change. Comes with a Dark-HFN ending. For adult readers only.
