The Arbitrator: Quantum Force is the second book in The Arbitrator series. Both books are adventure stories, but what they really are is allegories teasing with philosophy, religion, and politics. The author uses these allegories to expose the reader to new ideas about God, life, and reality. Both books also encompass many different genres in literature.
