A duel between a monk and an atheist is interrupted by the police, forcing the enemies to flee together across England. As they run, they discover that their burning disagreement is the only thing keeping them sane in a world of indifferent bureaucracy. This allegorical fantasy champions the importance of believing in something, anything, over believing in nothing.
