Dangerous vigilante Jax Marlin and the copper pursuing her, Special Inspector Pedroni, are both dead. Jax paid the ultimate price for her crimes, while Pedroni succumbed to unfortunate events while in pursuit. At least, that's what everyone in the known galaxy believes. By playing dead the last four years, they are finally together. The vigilante and the copper, a mismatched combo if ever there was one.

Twelve years ago, in the dead of the Martian night, Maingot Owens was brutally murdered, one of the grisliest murders ever seen on the planet. When the unsolved case comes to Jax's and Pedroni's attention, what started as simple information-gathering soon turns into a convoluted, head-turning mystery with unending layers to peel back. And just when they thought they had it all figured out, the case pivots full circle. The revelations are astounding.

The Marlin & The Copper is a science fiction mystery for lovers of suspense-filled action and intrigue.
