Steel Feathers is an unusual and captivating reading developed from the personal journal of Cathy Niles. She gives a moving account about her life as a young orphan girl living to survive the daily abuse and neglect of her foster care. Escaping the cruelty and depressing environment appeared hopeless for many months until she was finally taken away for a lack of proper care and support. Cathy was soon placed in a very nice home with a warm and caring family that gave her the love she deserved and the opportunity to reach her childhood dream. Many years later she was living that dream.
