A foundational premise of this book, is that those choosing to read it are:
• People that truly believe they are fortunate to have the opportunity, as part of an organization they were proud to join, and
• Believe they can effect meaningful change through that organization (and others enlisted as partners), and
• Will not stand by silently watching ineffective (if not outright dysfunctional) policies and practices be regularly repeated -expecting different outcomes. (yes=definition of insanity here)
In carrying this forward, I hope to appeal also to the leaders or mentors in each of us, that are willing to mold the next generation of creative investigators/analysts we all desperately need.
