Hold one thing for forty-five minutes without going anywhere. Start the task you have been putting off within five seconds of deciding to start it. Hear bad news and stay clear while you hear it. Put down an unsolved problem at eleven at night and be asleep by ten past.

Every one of those is a capacity with a number on it, and every one of them responds to load the same way the rest of you does. A man with a job, a deadlift number and a mortgage can build all of them on a schedule, the way everything you respect gets built.

APEX MEDITATOR is the specification and the program.
Seven capacities, each defined tightly enough to argue with. A drill for each one. A standard written as a number you either hit or you do not.

Stability. Forty-five minutes on one object, bright the whole way.

Recovery Speed. Three seconds from lapse to return.

Ignition. Five seconds from decision to motion.

Urge Tolerance. The full arc, watched from start to finish.

Loop Interruption. Sixty seconds from catch to drop.

Acuity. Naming the physical event before you can name a target.

Downshift. Asleep inside ten minutes with tomorrow unsolved.

Then twelve weeks of work that moves them. Three four-week blocks in a fixed order, with the volume set, the progression rules set, and three deload weeks built in. Twenty-one minutes a day to start. A log that takes under sixty seconds: three numbers and one sentence.

You test all seven cold in week zero and write the figures in a column. In week twelve you run the same seven tests and fill in the second column.

Here is what twelve weeks honestly buys. Two or three of the seven become genuinely yours. Two or three move a long way and keep moving. And you end up holding a page of evidence about your own attention, in your own handwriting, that you will actually trust.

Twelve weeks starts on the morning you decide it starts.
