Min-ji Han and Tae-woo Seo were childhood sweethearts who swore they’d marry the moment they graduated. But on her wedding day, standing outside the courthouse in her gown, bouquet in hand, Min-ji overhears the truth: their whole relationship was a years-long bet Tae-woo made with his friend, Do-yoon Baek, to see how long he could string along “the naive girl next door.” Gutted and furious, Min-ji turns to the nearest stranger — a scruffy guy in a delivery uniform juggling a stack of boxes — and blurts out a marriage proposal on the spot. He says yes before she can take it back. What she doesn’t know: he’s Ji-hoon Kwon, the reclusive heir to Kwon Group, working incognito deliveries to escape his family’s control — and he’s been looking for exactly this kind of chaos to disrupt his own arranged engagement.
