Description & Overview
The outbreak did not end. It learned how to move.
Months after humanity begins rebuilding, long-stage infected are coordinating through roads, rails, pipes, bridges, and vibrations in the earth. Entire migration columns are moving toward the polar regions for reasons no one understands.
Rachel Devlin follows the evidence south.
In Antarctica, her team discovers that the deepest routes do not fit the maps humanity has trusted for centuries. Coordinates overlap. Navigation systems disagree. Distances refuse to close.
Then they find people.
Beyond the last reliable coordinate lies another mapped civilization with its own history of the infection, its own treatments, its own borders, and maps that admit something humanity's never did:
Nobody knows where the whole world ends.
As the infected converge on ancient crossing routes, Rachel must help three human societies survive contact without repeating the mistake that started everything.
Beyond the Last Coordinate is Book Three of The Hollow Breach, a survival-horror and speculative-science-fiction novel about discovery, boundaries, incomplete maps, and learning how to open a door without claiming everything beyond it.
The manuscript makes this much bigger than a simple Antarctica expedition. The newly encountered civilization has its own maps, public-health history, treatment systems, and centuries of experience with the same infected forms. Its map also ends, reinforcing one of the novel's central ideas: nobody escaped incompleteness.
