Christmas has arrived in Elysian Hills, and Greta Hexe and the Misfits are looking forward to a well-earned winter break. But when holiday decorations are mysteriously destroyed and Christmas presents begin disappearing from homes across town, Greta suspects there's more than ordinary mischief at work.

Soon, Greta and her friends discover a strange band of masked wooden elves and sinister snowmen roaming the streets at night. Their investigation leads them to Klaus Schoenhut, an old-fashioned toymaker whose creations may be connected to the growing Christmas chaos.

But someone else is watching from far away.

From a magnificent castle of ice, twin siblings Prince Glacius and Princess Glacielle have taken a special interest in the people of Elysian Hills—and a little magical competition between them may have consequences neither expected.

With Christmas quickly approaching, Greta and the Misfits must uncover the truth, stop the holiday havoc, and remind everyone that the greatest gifts aren't always the ones wrapped beneath a tree.
