Some towns keep their secrets locked behind stained glass. Santa María de la Sangre de Cristo is one of them — small, devout, and full of sins no one dares to name out loud.

Then he arrives. A man with no real past, wearing a robe that isn't his and a voice that promises absolution while hiding something far more dangerous. The women of the town kneel before him to confess their darkest wants, never knowing that every whispered secret becomes currency in his hands.

Among them is one who isn't looking for forgiveness: Sofía, the mayor's daughter. What begins as a game of control between a man who believes he owns every secret in town and a woman who refuses to kneel becomes an obsession neither of them can stop.

The closer they get, the more dangerous the truth binding them becomes. Because in Santa María de la Sangre, sin isn't confessed — it's inherited.
