Even in war, love finds a way. Sometimes only for a moment.

Europe is being torn apart by the First World War.

Ingrid Ray, a young woman from London, leaves behind the safety and comfort of home to serve as a nurse, determined not to look away while others suffer.

Steve Richardson, a British pilot, takes to the skies carrying memories of his family, the loss of faith in love, and his father's belief that sometimes love finds us when we stop searching for it.

When war brings Steve wounded into Ingrid's care, two lives that should never have crossed begin to change each other.

Between hospital beds, distant artillery, fear, sacrifice, and the constant shadow of death, something unexpected grows—a love with no promise of tomorrow.

But war does not wait for anyone.

The Nurse is a cinematic short story about courage, compassion, sacrifice, loss, and the extraordinary power of a brief love to remain with us forever.
