THEY CAME TO MARS LOOKING FOR A BETTER FUTURE.

What they got was trouble.

Richard Falkenberg is just eighteen when he's sent to the Martian frontier with a rag-tag Civil Defense patrol. Their mission sounds simple: keep the peace.

Instead they find corrupt company towns, alien predators, rogue robots discovering free will, political conspiracies, gunfighters, revolutionaries, and a planet ready to explode.

To survive, Richard will need quick fists, a faster trigger finger, loyal friends, and just enough luck to stay one step ahead of the people who want Mars all for themselves.

WELCOME TO THE BLOODY RED PLANET.
