Based on a true story, Salt Water Vows is a raw, passionate tale of a sixty-nine-year-old woman and her thirty-four-year-old crypto-con lover finding refuge in a post-pandemic Costa Rican beach shack. Separated by federal prison walls, she writes a fiercely erotic, unyielding love letter waiting for the tide to turn.
