Description & Overview

This publication contains a genuine, non-fiction complaint to domestic authorities, which was updated 20 August 2026 with the final correspondence delivered to the Australian federal police commissioner by email of the same date, and to include the same complaint submitted to federal police via the online complaint portal 17 August 2026. This is the final update of the series, for now at least. Paragraphs 27, 28 of the Judgement are of particular relevance to this complaint, and would probably help guarantee a conviction, however were omitted from the complaint and this free title for commercial reasons. Additionally, it is not the job of survivors of the acts who continue to be subjected to exceeding cruelty in the form of unjustifiable deliberate entrenchment in poverty by way of ongoing inexcusable unjust denial of the means to as full a rehabilitation as possible to freely school highly paid and pensioned police commissioners, nor can they be reasonably expected to. When all titles in the series are read in conjunction, and properly understood, it’s clear that there is a very reasonable prospect of a conviction, particularly considering the conduct of the accused in the period since serious allegations of torture were raised in May 2024.

Deliberate persistence with these acts, failure to repeal legislation that unlawfully legalises and legitimises the acts, and refusal to prosecute and fairly and adequately compensate survivors in a timely manner, will continue to irreversibly stain the nations history, bring the nation into international disrepute, and cause immeasurable irreparable harm to Australians in significant numbers, and to the community as a whole. It’s now up to the good people of Australia, and the world, to take the reins and defend and protect victims and survivors from those who enable and participate in the acts, and to defend, protect, materially support and assist with the rehabilitation of individuals and survivors who blow the whistle on alleged perpetrators, and protect their friends, families and other associates from reprisals. The passive, indifferent, resistive, ignorant, dishonest, deceitful, non-believers, and unsupportive are permitting a kind of highly un-Australian cruelty rarely seen to continue unrestrained by turning their backs on their mates and leaving them behind. What happens next will determine who’s who in the zoo. This is now a matter for the judiciaries. Competent domestic authorities owe a duty to the Australian people to promptly, thoroughly, effectively, seriously and impartially investigate this matter; and all other identifiable acts of arbitrary arrest, arbitrary detention, persecution, torture and ill-treatment connected with this matter ex officio; and to bring alleged perpetrators before the Courts where they can be vindicated or delivered to justice on an equal basis with others. The matter will not be blowing over, it’s simply not the way that human rights are trending, or that they can be permitted to trend, and nobody should have to leave the country to evade the acts.
