The 21st Century Millian Manifesto is a comparative political treatise proposing a modernized, meritocratic electoral framework designed to break hyper-partisan deadlock in Western democracies. Synthesizing John Stuart Mill’s classical liberal philosophy with contemporary 21st-century geopolitical analysis, the manifesto critiques the structural deficiencies of both the Chinese party-state and the US duopoly, offering an actionable blueprint to revitalize modern civil society through institutional meritocracy.
