Sixteen-year-old Mark leaves his small village in medieval Bohemia dreaming of becoming a knight.

His journey takes him through forests, villages, taverns and castles, where he meets pilgrims, hunters, merchants and knights and experiences a world far larger than the one he knew at home.

But as the road carries him farther from home, Mark begins to question what he really set out to find.

Sometimes, the greatest adventure isn't becoming a hero. It's discovering the world along the way.
