Imminent Welfare State explores how rapid advances in artificial intelligence are pushing humanity toward a civilization no longer organized around the obligation to work. Examining automation, economic policy, and the future of labor, the book argues that AI-driven productivity could make universal welfare not just possible but inevitable. Drawing on economics, technology trends, and social philosophy, it offers a clear-eyed look at the opportunities and challenges of a post-work society, and what it could mean for freedom, purpose, and human flourishing in the decades ahead.
