The job promised leadership, growth, and the chance to make a difference.

Instead, one dangerously optimistic manager inherits a broken printer, a drawer labeled “Evidence,” and a company where meetings replace decisions, promotions contain no money, and accountability always belongs to someone lower on the organizational chart.

When hidden spreadsheets, suspicious expenses, an anonymous podcast, and a spectacularly mishandled audit expose what leadership has been hiding, surviving the workday becomes a full-scale resistance movement.

Still Employed Somehow is a funny, unhinged workplace satire for anyone who has attended a meeting about productivity, survived a toxic boss, or heard “We’re a family” and immediately updated their resume.
