In a small Kaduna campus fellowship, a borrowed projector, a coughing generator and a failing video call become the unlikely doorway to freedom. Grace and Truth Fellowship was built in Sister Nimi’s parlour: a warm, crowded room where students, strays and wounded people found food, prayer and a place to belong.

But when a polished former member returns with talk of “deeper things,” the fellowship begins to trade grace for rules, welcome for suspicion and freedom for a locked spiritual room they must qualify to enter.

Set on familiar Nigerian streets and shaped by the message of Colossians, Already is a tender, sharp and deeply human novel about faith, manipulation, shame, repentance and the quiet miracle of discovering that the door was never locked.
