On Good Friday, a man admits himself to a psychiatric ward and asks to be cured of one belief: that he may be Jesus Christ.

Dr. Naomi Calder knows how dangerous certainty can be. Thomas Arlen is lucid, terrified of being believed, and determined to keep clergy away. He accepts medication but warns her that silence may look like recovery.

Then he speaks a name buried in Naomi's childhood. His voice begins coming from other patients. A stolen recording turns the hospital into a shrine, a battlefield, and a hunt for proof.

Every event has a clinical explanation. Every explanation requires Naomi to ignore something worse.

By Easter morning, Thomas will withdraw consent, the ward will be under siege, and Naomi must choose: protect a vulnerable patient from a religious frenzy—or keep medicating the man her faith taught her to await.
