Description & Overview
Book Description
Everyone knows the story of Santa Claus.
Or at least, they think they do.They know the red suit, the reindeer, the presents delivered in the night. They know the legend — the one told in films, songs, and stories passed down through generations. But what they don't know is who he was before the legend began.
The Making of Santa is a quiet, reflective short story told in Santa's own voice, tracing his life from long before the world gave him a name. Born centuries ago in what is now Turkey, he shares the truth behind the myth — the kindness learned young, the choices made in secret, and the sister whose ideas shaped everything the world would one day celebrate.
This is not a story about magic workshops or perfect lists. It is a story about grief, generosity, memory, and how one person's belief in helping others can grow into something far larger than a single life. As time passes, the legend takes over, the world gets things wrong, and belief begins to fade — yet the purpose remains.
Gentle, emotional, and quietly powerful, The Making of Santa explores what it really means to give without being seen, to carry on when no one remembers why, and to keep kindness alive even as the world changes.
A short Christmas story with a twist — not about who Santa is, but why he still exists.
