Description & Overview
Shadows
These thoughts in my head malignant and unkind,
dark and dangerous a cancer on the mind.
An oil slick on glass, dark and shining,
it will not let the light pass.
Distorting reflections of faces unknown,
seeds of darkness that have been sown.
Shadows of an Untamed Mind is poetry from pain, poetry for depression and the opportunity to heal through the creative act.
It's resilience poetry for men.
Through exploring his own inner darkness being vulnerable and authentic, Robert takes you deeper than ever before.
Shadows of an Untamed Mind is poetry laid bare, men's mental health spoken out loud.
