He caught her, but is he going to keep her?

Sometimes you have to take a few risks and break a few rules to get ahead in life, you know? My grad research into vampires is everything to me and my dissertation will be an epic fail if I can't watch some real ones in action. So I took my boss's access card to The Sanctuary. It was more borrowing than stealing, not that she sees it that way. But before I could actually watch a vampire feed, Andre stopped me. He thinks I'm a brat and is punishing me by putting a collar around my neck. I think he's tempting enough to reconsider my research…

It's astounding how after centuries on this planet, one small young woman can confound me so easily. I've kept her out of the club where she has no business being, but now I can't stop wishing I had the right to keep her closer. As usual, Finley takes matters into her own hands. She's always looking for ways to bend the rules, which would be infuriating if she wasn't doing it to spend the rest of her life with me.
