Every night at 11:03 PM, Room 417 welcomes a guest who should have been dead for sixty years.

When Elena Janice becomes the new manager of the aging Grand Pines Hotel, she expects overdue repairs, difficult employees, and a fresh start.

She does not expect a room that was permanently sealed after renovation to appear on the hotel's nightly guest list.

Room 417 has no key.
No entrance.
No living occupant.

Yet every morning, the system records the same mysterious guest: Jonathan Hale.

Digging into the hotel's forgotten archives, Elena discovers that Room 417 has a history of strange disappearances, broken memories, and guests who leave behind one disturbing message:

The room wanted them to stay.

Determined to uncover the truth, Elena breaks the rules and investigates the sealed room herself. What she finds is not simply a ghost, but a decades-old secret that has kept the hotel standing—and a terrifying question she cannot ignore:

Why has Room 417 started recording her name?

As the boundary between the living and the dead begins to collapse, Elena must uncover the truth behind the hotel's hidden contract before she becomes the room's next permanent guest.

The door has been closed for sixty years.
Now it is waiting to open.
