The big, long-legged handmade rag doll just cannot seem to stop playing wicked tricks on the other toys in the nursery. Whether she is ruining the toys' secret tea party, snipping things she shouldn't, or deliberately hiding everyone's favorite shoes down a dark mouse-hole, Amelia Jane is always finding new and hilarious ways to cause absolute chaos.

The poor nursery toys—including the fluffy teddy bear, the clockwork mouse, and the wooden clown—try their very best to leave the naughty rag doll out of their special treats to teach her a lesson. But Amelia Jane is far too clever, and she always finds a way to get her own back! This delightful second collection of stories is packed with mischief, tantrums, and magical fun, proving that life in the toy cupboard is never, ever boring when Amelia Jane is around.
