Jesus of Nazareth: From Bethlehem to the Ascension follows the life of Jesus Christ from the divine promises surrounding his birth through the beginning of his public ministry. Beginning with the miraculous births of John the Baptist and Jesus, the story traces Mary and Joseph's journey, the birth in Bethlehem, the visit of the shepherds and Magi, the flight into Egypt, and Jesus's childhood in Nazareth.

As Jesus grows into adulthood, the narrative explores the quiet years of his life as a carpenter, his relationship with Mary and Joseph, and the world of first-century Galilee under Roman rule. His life changes when John the Baptist begins preaching repentance in the wilderness. After Jesus is baptized and tested in the wilderness, he begins calling his disciples and proclaiming the arrival of the Kingdom of God.

Through encounters with fishermen, tax collectors, religious leaders, Samaritans, the sick, and the marginalized, Jesus reveals a ministry centered on faith, mercy, repentance, healing, and obedience to God. From the wedding at Cana and the cleansing of the Temple to the Samaritan woman and the calming of the storm, the story follows the early signs and teachings that begin to reveal his identity and mission.

This is the opening journey of a man whose life will change history, leading from the quiet village of Nazareth toward Jerusalem, the cross, and the empty tomb.
