Captain Victor Caine was a CEO who forgot he was a mariner. Now, with his "Floating Palace" listing at nine degrees and his passengers on the brink of a bloody mutiny, he must decide if he is willing to sink his ship to save his soul.
Captain Winston Lama is the master of a "Time Bomb." With a gas cloud hovering over his deck and his engines dead in the water, he receives a chilling order from the shore: Protect the cargo. Ignore the survivors.
As a rogue wave hammers the two crippled giants, a disgraced Guest Relations Manager, a surgeon with a hidden past, and a dying Chief Engineer must fight a battle against the elements, the corporate vultures, and the sea itself. On a night where the "Steel Curtain" of a collision bulkhead is the only thing between survival and a fireball, two men must rediscover the ancient law of the sea: The Master’s word is final.
