This episode recounts how Sun Quan, upon learning of Liu Bei's entry into Xichuan, falsely claimed that Wu Guotai was gravely ill. He ordered Lady Sun to bring A’Dou back to Eastern Wu, intending to detain the child and demand the return of Jingzhou. Lady Sun fell for the ruse and boarded the ship. Upon discovering this, Zhao Yun piloted a small boat to catch up with the larger vessel, snatching A’Dou from Lady Sun's arms.
