A quiet, hardworking painter is hired to redecorate the rooms of a grand bourgeois home. Hidden behind a glass door, tools in hand, he becomes an unseen witness to the most shocking confessions of his own wife, Nadine, who has come to visit her friend Colette.

Outside, the paintbrush glides; inside, secrets are laid bare. Alcohol, fantasies of orgies, and a disturbing tale involving a leather strap-on... Is Nadine just making things up to impress her friend, or does infidelity taste of pure perversion?

When the lady of the house proposes a "special kind of break" with her blindfolded friend, the trap snaps shut. Silence becomes an accomplice to a wild, cruel, and liberating carnal game—until a gaze falls upon the living room table... and the truth is exposed.

Amidst voyeurism, betrayal, and raw lust, all pretenses crumble with every stroke of the brush.
