From early 2023 to mid 2026, I worked as a freelance photojournalist for Growing Community Media, a publisher of local newspapers covering the Austin neighborhood of Chicago and the near western suburbs of Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Riverside and Brookfield.

I photographed newsworthy events as well as portraits of notable local citizens and government officials.
This book includes highlights of my time as a local photojournalist.
