In Tangled Garden, Delia De Santis invites readers into a world where memory, love, and loss intertwine across generations.

Through a series of deeply personal and evocative stories, we meet women and families shaped by immigration, tradition, and the quiet struggles of everyday life. From moments of unexpected passion to acts of resilience in the face of grief, each story reveals the delicate balance between longing and belonging.

Rooted in Italian heritage and rich with sensory detail, these narratives unfold like paths through a garden—sometimes overgrown, sometimes tenderly cultivated, always alive with emotion.

Lyrical and intimate, Tangled Garden is a celebration of the ties that bind us—and the courage it takes to grow beyond them.
