It's the true story of a broke, migraine-riddled guy who quit his dream job in a parking lot, spent years feeling sorry for himself, and then — almost by accident — started asking for things and actually doing something about it.

Five chapters, each telling a real piece of the story. After most chapters, a short exercise built around the exact question I was avoiding at that point in my life. The final exercise is the one you keep for life — a five-minute morning practice still sitting on a legal pad on my desk right now.
