Five years ago, a corporate fraud scandal destroyed Ivy’s family, killed her father, and dragged her name through the mud. Desperate for answers, she takes a live-in housekeeping job in Damon’s penthouse under her mother’s maiden name -- Ivy Hale. Her plan is simple: spend six months inside his world, uncover what the Cross family buried, and disappear before anyone learns who she really is.

But nothing in Cross Tower is what it seems.

To the rest of the world, Damon Cross is an exacting, unyielding billionaire who runs Cross Tower with an iron fist and goes through housekeepers faster than his morning espresso. He doesn't offer warmth, he doesn't forgive mistakes, and he certainly doesn't let anyone past his armored exterior.

To Ivy Hart, he is the enemy.

Behind Damon's cold demeanor is a man carrying his own heavy silence -- and a locked study containing a truth Ivy never saw coming. As late-night coffee runs turn into lingering glances and dangerous proximity, the line between revenge and desire begins to blur.
